The nullity are daily events in Hungary

The void (null) documents considered by the judges as a legal cause to obtain property rights and nullity are daily events in Hungary continually from 2004 till today, 2012. The problem is the official media fear to talk about the facts. The main topics in the official media are gossips hiding the deep problems in order to avoid conflicts.

Stunning but it is possible to get heavy hundred-million valued rights on real estate property by void agreements? Where is it? In Hungary, European Community member state?

In any democratic country the legality of documents starts with the question is this document valid? But not in Hungary. In the above case we learn that from 2004 till today - closely 8 years time - certain judges were "not able" to discover the obvious nullity of the documents and did not repair the illegal rights obtained by void documents. Beside this administrators in charge to keep the rules falsified official acts. And the newly established National Judge Office President proposed those administrators to be appointed as judges? This is nightmare, not democracy? What country is this?

Deep hurt trust in the overall society in the judicial, in the political and in the administration system.

No party, no humans will be able to recover all those wounds and full loss of trust caused by appointing - state administrators who was able to write down in the administrative act that it is legal to obtain property rights with null documents - as judges.
