The trophy was given to Mr. Zoltán Buzinkay former (advised to pension) judge  of the Hungarian High Court.

This is the judge who stated in a verdict ( No.: Kfv.IV.37.170/2009/2 ) that it is legal if property rights are registered based on void documents  ( contract of foundation of condominium in Budapest XI Somloi 25/B ).

On the other hand the women who approved the registration in the Capital Land Authority - and who was able to convince Mr. Zoltan Buzinkay that the registration of void documents is legal ( Takacs Eszter dr decision No. 30153-8/2006 at Capital Land Authority), and who possibly was involved in the crime of illegal registrations of property rights, and who does not have any judgement experience -  has been appointed as a judge to the Capital Court in Budapest.

The Venice Commission observations are fare away behind and we do not know where in fact politically Hungary is going to belong to - EU, Chine, Latin America or it could be a new discovery of an unknown political system... The place where property rights can be established on void documents and the jurists who consider as legal the nullity of void papers are prized(!). 
It could be whatever else but not constitutional democracy.
