Absence of independence and sovereignty judges the legislative function practically to zero. But on the other hand is the pressure of the People vindicating the truth, transparency and democracy. Among many other significant factors this conflict results cross-influence among the three theoretically independent power sector: Jurisdiction, Legislation and Administration. In fact all the three branches are cross passed day by day by legislators, politicians and administrators as well causing wormholes in the system at all. It leads to entire loss of belief in jurisdiction and serves as an evidence, doubtless fact no independence neither among the power branches nor in sovereignty. With the power of sentence people used to say "good lawyer knows the law but lose the litigation, successful lawyer knows the judge and win the cause".

On political side the celebration of 50th birthday of the Hungarian Revolution 1956 was pontificated by the husband of grandchild of the man who directly controlled the smash of the uprising Hungarians. This is the political schizophrenia itself. Firing and eye-shoting of the "free" celebrating people was the top of full lost in belief that this system differs in any meaning of the dictatorial socialism. This lost of belief was utilized by Fidesz to win the elections in 2010 with promises to build and redeem up the belief of democracy and elementary moral rules among the people in society. No return, no positive changes, empty promises, formal but ineffective legislative tsunami possibly leads to next riot predictable soon. If Aristoteles's theory is true it means that dictatorship follows every democratic system.
