Secondhand politicians who established the "mewspeaking" Hungarian language. The point is that what they promise is not what you understand in the "oldspeaking" Hungarian.
Words, words, words...
And the law is all words, empty promises leading to full lost of belief in the society.
We need to remember: Orban's first promis was that Fidesz will restore the public belief.
But we are all witnesses that none of the sinners have not been punished, the "small fishes" punishment will not restore nothing...

Hungarian in Hungary is a milking cow
If you stay in Hungary for a longer time you become a milking cow in any case.
The state owned rubbery works like this:
You buy a house in Budapest i.e. in 2004. You pay the price and get into possession of the house. Your right of ownership is registered as usual.
After a year your right of ownership is deleted because someone somehow appealed.
And here the real nightmare starts. You are sure you are right, you have all the documents, you know the law, you don't have any reason to do anything because you believe this is legal safe country based on the law. Oh Goods, how naive are you! The only good news is that you do even not suppose that 8 years legal procedures follow and you are going to lose your home, money, time, job, your own life at all.
In the eight years lasting thousand and one legal procedures you learn that your right on the legal property was demolished based on void, null agreement. Contract never existed! And it caused you 8 years legal tortures mainly against the Hungarian state administration. And when after 8 years you go to the court to get informed you are tortured at the entrance of the court as a criminal by people who obstruct you in exerting your fundamental rights.
This is real case today in Hungary. Not in Nepal but in Hungary, a member of EU.

If you are a person who insists on law at the entrance of courts you and your bag is checked by unauthorized people hired by private companies with rummage in your personal staff. No legal arguments, the legality is absent at the door of the court! You are told to complain to the onewomen show, the Hungarian Jurisdiction Head, Mrs. Handó Tünde. And you are told this because all people know this is fight against the wind.
If you complain in accordance with your formal rights you only lose your time. No change. The onewomen show is too far high from the fundamental rights stomp.
If you go to the public prosecutor because you are treated as a criminal at the court just because you want to get informed you will experience the telephone line of the prosecutor office is "temporarily switched off on request of the prosecutor". To get fully informed about legal issues raised against you and exert your rights very difficult thing in Hungary especially if you are speaking perfectly Hungarian but your name sounds as a non Hungarian(!). Yes, in Hungary it is reality - for most of the judges - it is not an obstruction, not a problem if you don't know, you are not informed about legal procedure going against you.
You will get informed when you are stopped on the door of your own house when the same guy - who searched your body and your bag at the entrance of the court - is telling you that he will not allow you into your home because it is not you home anymore! If you have property in Hungary you can lose it in a formal administrative procedure. No publicity, no legality, no legal certainty, this is Hungary today, in 2012 especially if your name does not sounds Hungarian.

Cutting the family cow
In the news we're hearing Orban - Hungarian PM - saying there is no austerity in Hungary.
I am not sure if I heard it well. In Hungary today is nothing else but austerity: ther was first, second, and today third Matolcsy's austrity packet was announced. Where the PM has been coming from? Hasn't he watched the news?
As a matter of fact Hungarian administration today is making money by cutting the family cow. What do I mean by this? The rest of the private companies survived the crisis are officially liquidated or punished on the basis of newly announced rules.
But this liquidation will be crucial not only for the owners and shareholders but for Fidesz as well because it is the final cut of the family cow(family treasure). The family cow if cut will not be able to bring any calves, any milk, any meet, anything. It is not about fruiting, it is about final countdown.
On the other hand the residents in Hungary will pay the bill of all. That is why huge amount of people is moving abroad.
No cows, no taxpayers. Do you remember the main reason for the fall of the roman empire? If the child is born today it will become a taxpayer after 18 years. Will anybody remember then what was the Fidesz about?

Who is who or The system of pillage
Democracy was worn-out type but nobody discovered better yet.
Ruling system of multiparty society. But what the multiparty means? Is any ideology behind the many parties?
The answer is definitely no. The modern political parties are empty, no ideology. What they call ideology has two faces: internal and external. The external is mixture of what the electing mass want to hear, the internal in fact consists of the members' ambitions to get in power, to get the pillage.
This is the Hungarian reality now. No legal certainty at all. There are no rules, no law in fact, only formal ius scripta interpreted in thousand ways in accordance with the political will.
As a result Hungary today is in a worse condition than 10 years ago. Broken and dirty installations are over all around in spite of the fact that the tax and other duties are the highest in Hungary compared to the region. Where the huge amounts are spent on?This is the question the people ask every minute.
The question has been 20 years unanswered but the internal pressure is just before booming. This is the social tsunami and none can forecast the result.

Put the cat among the pigeons
Wolf in lamb's clothing has been appointed to act as judge in Hungary in accordance with my opinion. Judge numbered 71.P at the Capital Court(!) in Budapest, dr. Takács Eszter was the former assistant at the Main Land Authority (Fővárosi Földhivatal) in Budapest.
The fact of her appointment as a judge flies directly in the face of the goals of Mrs. Handó Tünde the President of the National Office of Judges(NOJ) published on the official site of Capital Court during an interview:

Our first public question to the President of the National Office of Judges - Mrs. Handó Tünde is:
Dear Madame President!
In the law there are several conditions dr. Takacs Eszter does not meet, i.e. one can not be appointed as judge if there is either ongoing criminal or disciplinary procedure, f) and g) of paragraph 4. of 2011:CLXII.
Have you and if yes, how have you checked the eligibility of dr. Takacs Eszter with the law conditions? How do you intend to settle the breachment occurred between the appointment and the legal conditions? In this respect what is the content of dr. Takács Eszter's declaration required by the law ?
Our second public question is:
How the "constitutional duties" and independence will be met with dubious appointment of dr. Takács Eszter as a judge who comes from the state administration(Land Office) with disputable and controversial background and who is associated with illegal acts, i.e. Land Office act no. 30153-8/2006 written and signed by her? With this act null and void agreements were declared as valid and registrable documents by dr. Takács Eszter. She has conducted and upheld the illegal land registration procedure for years in spite and after she knew from the Land Office act no. 31544/5/2009 that her procedure is illegal? In the Penalty Act (Btk.) if one either states false facts as true in official document or supresses significant facts and uphelds these against her right knowledge about the real facts - that person exhausts the case of forgery(document).
Our third public question is:
Who and how will guarrantee the "fulfilment of constitutional duties" and the "high quality judgements" in case of dr. Takács Eszter?
How the people could trust in such a judge and her judgements? How the public trust was affected by apponting dr. Takács Eszter as judge?

Scientology in Hungary
Several signs show Scientology deeply penetrated both Hungarian political system and the economy.
Week trial to press back the number of churches in Hungary was a new law being in force just for few moths demolished by the Constitutional Court. Officially only those churches were legal and are supported from the budget if the number of the officially registered members is at least as much as the legal. The other conjunctive condition was how long the church was registered. In fact not too many churches met the conditions.
Scientology church was not among the officially enabled churches because of the fact the members are usually unknown.
In accordance with unofficial sources the members of Scientology are functioning in either state administration, judicial system or among politicians. Several lists of church members are broadcasted.
Some skeptic sociologist rate Hungary as the new European home of the Scientology because of the liberal law environment. In accordance with others assessments the Scientology and the HIT church has already common roots.
There is nothing confessional, both churches are pulling and money squading assemblages based on interests.

Mo Jen or what follows the Triumvirates?
Mo jen means "do not speak!".
In Hungary the speech is still allowed but the Triumvirates is far enough to hear the prayer for democracy.
The history is the evidence of Aristoteles's theory, dictatorship follows every democracy.
In Hungary the jurisdiction is not an independent branch anymore if forgers from the administration are appointed as judges.
In ancient Roma the Triumvirates was the shortest and temporary political system followed by emperor and dictatorship.
A lot of questions today in Hungary are to be answered.

Today (October 23) is the Day of aniversary of '56th Revolution.
Triumvirates - Orban, Ader and Kover - addresses the Hungarian people, talking about again the freedom of speech, trust and democracy. Triumvirates of classmates and roomies(roommates).

Some months ago - before and during the elections - Viktor Orban emphasized the role of trust among the people, and in context between the people and the ruling party, the government. One of the main promise was to rebuild the public trust lost during 8 years socialist governance. But today the time has gone, the promises are forgotten...
While celebrating the '56 the international news are pointing, the Hungarian debts are over 80% of the GDP, the interest rate on the government securities is 9.5% (!) inspite Bibor and Libor are far lower. Big discrepancy to be resolved and explained.
The domestic media criticize why the Hungarians do not buy the so attractive government securities and invest their money abroad instead. It seems to be a fact.
My opinion is that the Hungarians do not trust the governmental promises. Why? What are the reasons of the full loss of domestic political, social - and in result - economy trust.
How could one trust the ruling party which while promising rebuilding of public trust is appointing as judges state administrators who forged official documents? Prize instead of punishment! At the same time the judge who criticized the system of jurisdiction was punished and released from his position by the Hungarian president. Thus the "system" punishes the free speech and prizes the crime! How such a system could be trusted?
Orban should remember his own promises: the truth, the trust, the moral are values the public trust and in result democracy is based on.
